SAS Company ID Card Order System
Since February 2011 SAS have a new process for ordering SAS Company ID Cards.
Cards are now ordered and approved directly by Service centre, Crew base or the employee’s manager, and automatically sent to production.
Functions like Photo library (FotoTek), Temporary cards and ID print (visa photo) are also done in the new application.
Please observe that access rights for local access control systems (door card readers) are ordered separately (not in this system). Contact each location/building access control administrator if access is needed.
(If it’s your first time logging in, please use your employee number as username and birth date "yyyy-mm-dd" as password).
Card order approvers (managers) and administrators (operators) for Temporary card, ID print etc. need a more secure password. You will be prompted to change your password the first time the application is used.
Only employees registered in SAS HR system (SAP) can order card via the application (including log in). For other orders e.g. consultants or sub-leased area cards, please contact respective locations FM service centre.
